Your belief that we are at or near full employment is just that. There are millions of people in this country who could work but choose not to. Why work if you do not have to? Either the work is too menial, doesn’t pay enough, hours are wrong, too physical, list of reasons can go on and on. Somehow the employment statistic of people looking for jobs has disappeared from the news.
Why will it be different this time?
