S Illinois | We are much closer to full employment especially when it comes to some of the pie in the sky thoughts as to the manufacturing coming back to the US. We are in the low 60’s % when it comes to employment numbers. But that is everyone 16 and older not institutionalized. So thats the HS students to grandma included. That number only basically touched 70 in the late 90’s as full female employment and demographics reached their peak. Now the US is an aging society that will never be able to get back to where it was when people on average were younger. | |
