The average employment rate from 1948-2025 is 59.25%. Currently we are at 62.4% employment rate. I do not feel there is the available workforce you think there is.
Unless daycare becomes heavily subsidized, a large portion of those who are able bodied are choosing not to work since daycare will eat up almost all their wages
