Nebraska beef
Northwest Missouri
Nebraska beef in Omaha offered a meat bid of 3.45 on my pen of cattle. Best other bid was 3.35 I like to think I have good cattle but why 10 cents higher? Do they have poor yields or fudge the numbers somewhere else to make it up?
