| My advice is to go to Mayo Hospital in Rochester, Mn. About 30 years ago I was diagnosed with a brain condition called an AVM. I was due to have an aneurism. A couple more local major hospitals said only option was surgery which would likely leave me blind, in a nursing home, or in a funeral home. First specialist in Mayo’s said same thing, but then referred me to another specialist, and through a special radiation, and prayer, I am still kicking. I was reluctant to travel to Mayo’s being they were 330 miles away, but thankful I went there. Dr. Bruce Pollick was the lead doctor who treated me. | |
