I doubt it . . . . there was the old tariff in existence, before this new one. I highly doubt you'll see much of any increase. The issue then becomes manufacturing doesn't need the supply, as consumers aren't buying due to higher prices . . . . .  May as well throw them all out in the ditch somewhere . . . .
